The most important step for having a successful and long lasting metallic epoxy coating is alway concrete preparation. You also want to remove any oil or dirt from the concrete. Use a degreaser or purchase our oil stop primer.

HDWB - Waterborne Epoxy Primer
Mix, Pour in Paint Tray. Dip and Roll with a 3/8" Nap Roller. 6 mil thickness. 1 to 1.5 hour working time.
HDPRO - High Solids - 93% Epoxy System
Mix Parts, pour, then spread with a 3/16" notched squeegee. Back roll with a 1/4" nap roller. 12 Mil Thickness. 45 min working time.
PRO TIP:
Thick coating - thin nap. Thin coating - thick nap.
The step you've worked so hard to get to! Applying Metallic Epoxy.
1. Saturate Pigments into Part A - 1 to 24 hrs before.
2. Mix Part A and B together. Only mix what you can pour and spread.
3. Spread with flat squeegee, then back roll. If you are applying a slick coat, then back roll the slick coat, then pour your highlight colors.
Important Tips
1. Only use a 1/4" nap roller to back roll.
2. Don't let the mixed epoxy sit in the bucket for more than 10 minutes.
3. After mixing both parts, transfer into a new clean bucket and mix one last time for 30 seconds.
4. Once both Parts are mixed together pour on the surface.

PC66 - Polyaspartic - 30 minute working time, smooth / high gloss finish.
WBG - Waterborne Urethane - 1 hour working time, low VOC. Slight texture, available in high and low gloss.
HPU - High Performance Urethane - long working time, slight texture finish. Available in high and low gloss.
HDI - 1 Component Urethane - Simple to apply, doesn't require mixing parts, but has a strong smell. Leaves orange peel texture / gloss only.
848 Polymer Polish - You can use a polish instead of a urethane. Mop it on, then use a high speed buffer to polish to a high gloss finish. Recommended application once per year.
No Urethane: You can choose to not apply a urethane. Use the space normally. You will know soon if you need a top coat or not. If you decide to apply a top coat, just put a scratch in the epoxy with 100 grit non-directional screen.
You can apply 1 coat, but 2 coats are always better. Especially for vehicle traffic.
